Tepper School of Business alumni recognized at the 2025 Reunion Weekend for the time, passion, and dedication they bring to the Tepper School community.

2025 Tepper Recent Undergraduate Alumni Award

Preston Bryant (BS 2019) has risen from analyst to associate to his role as Vice President in Social Infrastructure Direct Lending at Deutsche Bank. His work helps fund essential health care and senior living projects. Preston supports students through the Undergraduate ProTrek series, recruits Tepper talent to Deutsche Bank, and supports the Carnegie Mellon Black Alumni Association. His early career success and continued engagement with the Tepper School reflect the energy and values of our community.

2025 Tepper Recent Masters Alumni Award

Steve Feyer (MBA 2015) is a thoughtful leader whose success in tech matches his unwavering support of the Tepper School network. Steve was a Dean’s Scholar and a Swartz Fellow. Now Senior Product Marketing Manager in Competitive Intelligence at WalkMe, Steve has shaped go-to-market strategies and product positioning at leading firms, including Session AI, Eightfold, Conga, Cruise Automation, and IntegriChain. Steve volunteers with admissions, serves on reunion committees, and shares his insights with students, helping to bridge the student and alumni experience.

2025 Tepper Recent Masters Alumni Award

Anna Lawrence Fuller (MBA 2018) brings entrepreneurial passion and deep Tepper School engagement to everything she does. Anna is the Founder and CEO of Halo, an AI-powered e-commerce platform for new moms that has earned national recognition from top venture capitalists and media, including TechCrunch, The New York Times, and Good Morning America. She is also Head of Product for Big Sur AI, helping brands navigate emerging technologies in the e-commerce space. She is a Product Manager in Residence and Guest Lecturer on Product Management, co-founded the Product Manager in Residence Program for our MBA students with Professor Tim Derdenger, mentors Technology Strategy and Product Management MBA student capstone teams, and engages with programs like Venture Bridge.

2025 Tepper Alumni Service Award

Eduardo Tobon (MBA 2000) serves as Latino Segment Head at BMO, leading strategic efforts to support Hispanic- and Latino-owned businesses. His distinguished career includes leadership roles at Diners Club International, Santander, Spencer Stuart, Sovereign Bank, and Procter & Gamble. During Eduardo’s two decades of service to the Tepper School, he has supported admissions and student recruitment, hosted alumni events, chaired reunion committees, led the Tepper Alumni Board, and contributed to programs that connect faculty, students, and alumni.

2025 Tepper Alumni Achievement Award

Monel Amin (MBA 2005) is the Founder and CEO of DiligenceVault, a Goldman Sachs-backed digital diligence platform used by asset managers and allocators worldwide. Before founding DiligenceVault, Monel launched a buy-side advisory firm and held leadership roles at Citi. Her insights are sought after in top conferences and industry publications, especially on financial technology and environmental, social, and governance. She engages with the Tepper School through speaking engagements, alumni networks, and mentoring rising talent in technology and finance.

2025 Tepper Alumni Achievement Award

John O’Neill (MSIA 1980) spent more than 22 years at KPMG Consulting, later held senior roles at Unisys, and co-founded Attain LLC, where he served as Vice Chairman and President until retirement. John has chaired reunion committees, served on the Alumni Board, supported admissions, hosted numerous events, and contributed to the Tepper School’s philanthropic efforts. He has also advised the school on strategic planning and long-term initiatives. John and his wife, Joyce Eaby, are dedicated and consistent donors to the school.

2025 Tepper Lifetime Achievement Award

John Levinson (MSIA 1980) is the Founder of Westway Capital. Under his leadership, Westway has helped shape the future of digital health and patient care.
John’s generosity and advocacy reach far beyond his business achievements. Through the Cannupa Foundation, he supports causes in education, health care, food security, equity, and conservation. He also serves on the boards of The Nature Conservancy in Florida and the Miami-Dade Innovation Authority. At the Tepper School, John serves as a mentor, speaker, judge for the McGinnis Venture Competition, and a gracious host of alumni gatherings with his wife.

2025 Tepper Lifetime Achievement Award

Tom McCarthy (MSIA 1980) spent more than 30 years at Cigna, where he retired as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. His career included roles in strategy, corporate development, finance, and treasury. He also held senior leadership roles at Kemper Insurance and USAA.

Since retiring, Tom has been on the board of Selective Insurance Group and served on global education and housing initiatives with the American University of Rome and Habitat for Humanity. Tom and his wife, Linda Dubois McCarthy (MSIA 1980), are generous and engaged members of the Tepper School community. Their son, Thomas Peter McCarthy, is also a Tepper School graduate, continuing a proud family legacy.
